Homemade chicken liver parfait on toasted ciabatta bread and topped with onion chutney.  Served with salad
Main
Fish of your choice (salmon, cod, sea bass, plaice) baked in parchment paper, served  with creamy, white wine shiitake mushroom sauce with vegetables and potato dauphinoise
Dessert
Apple strudel with  vanilla ice cream

Smoked/Cured salmon with avocado mousse and a green salad
Main
Proscuitto wrapped chicken breast stuffed with ricotta, spinach and sundried tomatoes, served with vegetables and potato dauphinoise
